Step 1: Request a Free Estimate
Fill out our contact form or call us at 330.977.5300. Let us know your event date, location, approximate number of guests, and how long the event runs. It also helps to know whether water and electricity are available at your venue — but don’t worry if you’re not sure yet. We’ll walk you through it.

Step 2: Confirm Your Booking
When you’re ready to move forward, a deposit secures your date on our calendar. We’ll confirm all the details — delivery window, site access, utility needs — so there are no surprises on the day of your event.

Step 3: We Deliver & Set Up
We arrive at your venue before your event begins and take care of everything: towing the trailer to the right spot, leveling it, connecting water and power, and doing a final walkthrough to make sure it’s clean, stocked, and ready to go.
Supplies included: toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels. The trailer will be freshly cleaned and climate-controlled before your first guest arrives.
Step 4: Your Guests Enjoy
Our community-layout trailer handles twice the traffic of single-stall units, so your guests spend less time waiting and more time enjoying your event. The interior feels like a hotel restroom — not a portable toilet.
For multi-day events or long-term construction rentals, we schedule service visits to restock supplies and keep everything fresh throughout your rental period.
Step 5: We Handle Pickup & Cleanup
After your event ends, we return to disconnect utilities, clean the trailer, and haul it away. All waste disposal is handled by us — you won’t need to coordinate with anyone else.
From delivery to pickup, the entire process is designed to be completely hands-off for you.
