How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for weekend events during spring and summer, which fill up quickly. For weddings and large events, booking 3–6 months in advance is ideal. That said, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows. Give us a call at 330.977.5300 and we’ll do our best.
How do I get a quote?

What information do you need to give me a quote?
To provide an accurate estimate, it helps to know:
• Your event date and approximate start/end times
• The event location (address or city)
• Estimated number of guests or workers
• Whether water and electricity are available on-site
• Whether you need the trailer for a single day, a weekend, or long-term
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to hold your date. The balance is due prior to delivery. Full details are outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

The Trailer
What does the trailer look like inside?
Our 4-station trailer is designed to feel more like a hotel restroom than a portable toilet. It features wood-look flooring, bright overhead lighting, wall art, mirrors, stainless steel sinks, and fully stocked vanities. The women’s side has two private stalls with flushable porcelain toilets. The men’s side has one private flushable toilet and one waterless urinal. Both sides have a sink and an oversized lockable vanity. Check out our photo gallery to see it for yourself.
How big is the trailer? Will it fit at my venue?
Our trailer requires a relatively flat, accessible surface and enough clearance to be towed in and positioned. We’ll confirm site suitability when you book — just let us know the venue and we’ll advise. When in doubt, give us a call and we’re happy to talk through it.
Is the trailer climate-controlled?
Our trailer is air-conditioned, so your guests will be comfortable no matter how hot and humid it gets outside.
How many people can the trailer accommodate?
Our 4-station community-layout trailer can comfortably serve events of up to 200–250 guests for a standard event duration. For larger crowds or longer events, contact us and we’ll advise on the right solution.
What is a community layout, and why does it matter?
Unlike single-stall trailers where one person at a time occupies the entire unit, our community layout allows multiple guests to use the restroom simultaneously — similar to a permanent public restroom. This means less waiting, faster throughput, and a better experience for your guests. It’s especially important for events with 100+ attendees.
Delivery & Logistics
Do you deliver and set up, or do I pick it up?
We handle everything. We deliver the trailer to your venue, position and level it, connect utilities, and make sure everything is ready before your event starts. When your event is over, we return to disconnect and haul it away. You don’t lift a finger.
What utilities does the trailer need?
The trailer typically requires:
• Water: A standard garden hose connection to a water source (or we can arrange water delivery)
• Electricity: A standard, dedicated 110V circuit (15 amps prefered) or generator hookup for lighting and the HVAC system
• Waste: We handle all waste disposal — no septic hookup needed on your end
If your venue doesn’t have water or power available, let us know. We can arrange water delivery and/or a generator for an additional fee.
Do you service the trailer during multi-day or long-term rentals?
Yes. For events spanning multiple days or for long-term construction site rentals, we provide scheduled service visits to restock supplies, empty waste tanks, and ensure everything stays clean and fully operational.
How far do you travel for deliveries?
We’re based in North Canton and serve all of Northeast Ohio, including Canton, Akron, Cleveland, Youngstown, Massillon, and surrounding communities. Delivery fees may apply depending on distance. Contact us for details.
Pricing
How much does it cost to rent the trailer?
Weekend rentals start at $2,000. Pricing varies based on your specific needs — factors like water delivery, generator service, and rental duration all affect the final quote. Long-term rentals are available at a reduced weekly rate. Contact us for a free, personalized estimate.
What’s included in the rental price?
The base rental includes:
• Delivery, setup, and pickup
• All standard supplies — toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels
• Climate control (A/C)
• Waste removal after the event
Water delivery and generator rental are available for an additional fee if needed at your venue.
Do you offer discounts for long-term or recurring rentals?
Yes. Construction sites and other long-term customers receive reduced weekly rates. Contact us to discuss your project timeline and we’ll put together a custom quote.

Do you serve construction sites, not just events?
Absolutely. We provide long-term restroom trailer rentals for construction sites, renovation projects, and other job sites throughout Northeast Ohio. Weekly service visits keep the trailer clean and fully stocked so your crew always has a reliable facility on-site.
Are you insured?
Yes, White Glove Restroom LLC is fully insured. Documentation is available upon request.
