These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the rental of restroom trailers and related services provided by WHITE GLOVE RESTROOM LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By reserving, renting, or using our equipment or services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services
WHITE GLOVE RESTROOM LLC provides luxury restroom trailer rentals and related delivery, setup, servicing, and removal services for events, construction sites, and other temporary uses.
All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
2. Reservations & Non-Refundable Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a restroom trailer.
- The deposit secures the equipment for your requested dates and removes it from availability for other customers.
- Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, rescheduling, weather conditions, event cancellation, or changes in scope.
Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received and processed.
3. Payment Terms
- Invoices are issued electronically via Stripe.
- Payments may be made using accepted payment methods through Stripe.
- Final payment for the rental balance is due no later than the date specified on the invoice, and typically prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Failure to pay balances when due may result in cancellation of service without refund.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- The 50% reservation deposit is non-refundable.
- If cancellation occurs after the deposit is paid, no refund of the deposit will be issued.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval by the Company and may result in additional fees.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to circumstances beyond its control (including equipment damage, safety concerns, or force majeure events). In such cases, any payments beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
5. Delivery, Access & Site Requirements
Customer is responsible for ensuring:
- Clear, safe, and legal access for delivery vehicles
- Adequate space for placement
- Level ground
- Any required permits or permissions
The Company is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver caused by site conditions, restricted access, or inaccurate information provided by the Customer.
6. Utilities & Usage Requirements
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Customer is responsible for providing adequate power and water access as specified by the Company.
- Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.
- Customer shall not modify, relocate, or tamper with the equipment.
Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized relocation may result in additional charges.
7. Damage, Loss & Cleaning Fees
Customer assumes responsibility for the restroom trailer during the rental period.
- Customer is liable for damage beyond normal wear and tear, vandalism, theft, or negligence.
- Excessive cleaning, repairs, or replacement costs will be billed to the Customer.
- The Company may charge the payment method on file for damages or unpaid balances, as permitted by Stripe and applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- WHITE GLOVE RESTROOM LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the rental.
- The Company is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from improper use, third-party actions, or site conditions beyond its control.
9. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WHITE GLOVE RESTROOM LLC, its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Use or misuse of the equipment
- Customer’s event or site
- Violation of these Terms
10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or mechanical failure.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and apply to future reservations.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By paying an invoice, submitting a deposit, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
